A client of mine recently was put back into active duty and has had to leave his family to serve our country. Tonight I got a facebook message from him:

Jen,
Sitting here in Texas on a Friday afternoon having been gone 9 weeks. I’m looking at the pictures you took of us and so grateful we have them. They are wonderful, and right about now, my prized possession…

It has made my week to be able to provide him with images of his family to keep him company. Photographing images of people to pass down to generations and help remember the wonderful times and people in our lives is what makes me truely happy about what I do. I am so blessed to have this opportunity.

We had a blast photographing Jaime and Kris’s wedding! The service was amazing and the reception at the Snell Island Garden Club was so beautiful. Jaime picked some wonderfully vivid colors (pink and orange) which I love! Congratulations Jaime and Kris!

I had the pleasure of photographing Baby Taj last week. He is so adorable and was really easy to photograph. No crying! I did get peed on 2 times but my son Max finds this hilarious…. and it was totally worth it!

It was so much fun photograph this little one again. She is so cute and I had a really hard time choosing which images to choose from. There are a lot of great expressions! Here are a few sneak peaks. Enjoy!
